Sr. Marketing Specialist - RTD

We are looking to add a Sr. Marketing Specialist for Ready To Drink coffee products. This position will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of the BRCC brand strategy for an important new channel, BRCC’s Ready To Drink product category and will interface with key stakeholders across the company to design and execute marketing initiatives for RTD to exceed business goals.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs for RTD products, including brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing promotions
  • Lead internal and external creative resources to produce marketing collateral including POS materials, advertising assets, and packaging
  • Design retailer-specific marketing plans to support defined sales and volume goals
  • Oversee advertising strategy and tactics, including market prioritization, budgeting, and media planning
  • Lead brand positioning and messaging related to RTD products
  • Collaborate closely with the RTD team to provide input on product innovation


  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required
  • 5 years experience in CPG marketing, beverage experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading the development and execution of marketing plans for CPG products
  • Expert understanding of the paid, earned and owned marketing communications ecosystem
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to apply initiative to solve problems
