Project Manager - RTD (Ready to Drink)

We are looking to add a Project Manager to support the ready-to-drink (RTD) program. The Project Manager will be responsible for project scoping and tracking to accelerate and improve product development. This role will also be responsible for providing project support to all other facets of the program to include the initiating, controlling, and delivering of manufacturing and marketing lifecycles, and will be responsible for managing both internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.


  • Lead a portfolio of commercialization projects, acting as the hub across all cross-functional team members to drive executional excellence.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, weekly meeting agendas, follow-up notes and assign cross-functional tasks.
  • Acting as the main point of contact, communicate project status, and milestones to key stakeholders and ensure teams are accountable to complete tasks at hand.
  • Identify commercialization risks and blockers, acting as the catalyst to overcome obstacles and drive resolution with the support of the team.
  • Tailor to suit documentation and methodology to the nature of each project, ensuring input from all stakeholders. Making sure that each project initiated is in alignment with the programís strategic goals.
  • Guide the stage-gate process for product development and identify process improvements that will continue to optimize commercialization effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage project teams and work with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, seeing through to execution and delivery.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Consistently analyze risks and opportunities before project initiation, as well as during the lifespan of all projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Project management certification required
  • 2+ years experience in a project manager role, with Consumer Packaged Goods new product development, preferred
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Marketing and/or Product operations role
  • An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and project plans
  • Strong customer-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
