THE ROLE

Black Rifle Coffee Company is experiencing explosive growth and seeks to hire a Retail Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for the social media presence for each Black Rifle Coffee retail location. As the Retail Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing the Black Rifle Coffee social media strategy in order to increase the online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts for your designated retail location. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Retail departments and report directly do the Retail Social Media Producer.

YOUR TASK

• Social Media Coordinator for coffee shops in a localized, designated region
• Act as the social media point of contact/support for the CEO
• Post approved social media content on behalf of the CEO’s
• Publish approved social media assets for coffee shops
• Will publish to all open social channels relevant to each location (IG, FB, Tw, etc.)
• Will establish and enforce BRCC social media standards for retail locations
• Ensure Black Rifle Coffee brand and reputation are enhanced by social media activities
• Create high quality, persuasive, and strategic presentations for Black Rifle Coffee’s consumer audience.
• Partner with events team to provide social media support in local events

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience in social media engagement/coordination
• Retail and/or product social media experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media trends
• Ability to manage many tasks and projects with ease
• Experience with leading social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Veteran or a strong connection to the US Military is a PLUS
