THE ROLE
We are looking to add a Sr. Events Manager to be responsible for the development, execution, and management of cross-functional projects within the BRCC Events team. This position will be operational and strategic as you coordinate with resources throughout the organization. Some responsibilities include ensuring that projects progress on schedule and according to budget while managing communication across teams and be expected to work both independently and collaboratively based on the nature of each project.
YOUR TASK
Execute national and regional events with operational and logistical excellence using industry standard knowledge and applying innovation.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute the demand generation strategy to drive event attendance and engagement and generate marketing qualified leads.
Execute campaign tactics that obtain new marketing coffee club subscriptions, generate new partner opportunities, accelerate RTD opportunities, and deepen / nurture our existing customer relationships.
Manage all aspects of Event marketing programs, including content and run-of-show development, experience and visual design, vendors, communications, promotions, and production.
Direct booth and demo equipment installation and dismantle.
Evaluate and report on event ROI, including lead tracking, surveys, post-event tracking, wrap reports, and recommendations for future events.
Stay current on best practice event design and activation trends to drive business results. Track, process and reconcile event marketing invoices.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
