Construction Project Manager

THE ROLE

Black Rifle Coffee Company is experiencing explosive growth and seeks to hire a Project Manager – Store Development for our Construction needs. This position will support the growth of our Retail Stores, acting as project management overseeing multiple projects in permitting, bidding, budgeting, construction, and financial oversight in new store development.  This role is vital in maintaining and protecting the BRCC brand and customer experience across all our coffee shops and retail stores. Franchisee support may be a part of the responsibilities.

YOUR TASK

  • Prepares budgets for corporate projects.
  • Manages and monitors project schedules within budget guidelines
  • Coordinate potential sites for franchisees and facilitate approval process
  • Oversees and maintains relationships with external professionals and consultants
  • Oversees construction process from permitting through turnover to operations.
  • Supports franchise construction as required.
  • Works with other departments to improve processes and tools in support of capital initiative execution.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Comfortable with up to 75% travel
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management overseeing multiple projects.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience of budgeting and planning and/or cost analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • US Military Veteran a plus
