THE ROLE

Our team is a group of bright, dedicated people running 100 miles a minute and getting a lot of work done. We are looking for a Recruiter to source, recruit and certify a qualified and diverse applicant pool for our rapidly growing Retail team. You will be responsible for effectively marketing Black Rifle Coffee Company, as well as developing and implementing retail recruitment strategies and tactics in partnership with Black Rifle hiring managers. 

YOUR TASK

  • Experience working the entire recruiting lifecycle: sourcing resumes/candidates, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent for their locations
  • Ability to be flexible on ever-changing timelines for new store openings
  • Maintain a variety of recruiting sources that provide appropriate candidate flow using methods including, but not limited to, print and electronic advertising, career fairs, networking, cold calling, college and university programs, community agencies, workforce centers, professional associations, employee referral programs, and search firms to build talent pipelines.
  • Interface and strengthen relationships with hiring managers to ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas
  • Propose and participate in ongoing best practices and improvements to our current recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate and partner with selected education institutions, and universities through formal career fairs and creative relationship and events.
  • Create and maintain open communication and partnerships with internal customers to understand staffing needs while providing an exceptional level of service to hiring leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and analyze results of recruiting activities-proactively reporting results, challenges and updates to stakeholders.
  • Nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing candidate sourcing relationships.
  • Exercise discretion in the application of the handling of confidential information and records.
  • Participates in special projects, employment activities, and other duties as assigned.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience (Retail Preferred)
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking software and HRIS
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Must be an expert in conducting effective interviews and selection process
  • It is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication
  • Must have experience in web-based recruiting tools and methods
  • Up to 20% business travel and a valid driver's license
  • Strong demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Regular, reliable attendance and an ability to deal with high stress and change are essential functions of this position
