Retail Marketing Leader

THE ROLE

We are looking to add a Retail Marketing Leader to drive brand awareness in the traditional Brick and Mortar commerce. This role will influence the marketing customer experience from signage, POS materials, and ad hoc projects. 

YOUR TASK

  • Overseeing all brand touchpoints for customer experience for retail stores, including in-store signage and POS materials
  • Planning and executing a schedule of in-store promotions and offers, both stand-alone programs and in collaboration with BRCC eCommerce programs
  • Designing strategies and tactics to meet and exceed in-store traffic goals
  • Collaborating with marketing execution team to develop and execute ongoing marketing communications to current and prospective customer s
  • Work across internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure content plan alignment, execution quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Explore and leverage multiple media platforms to drive effective communication conversion to sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing, advertising, and promotions that are consistent with company-wide marketing and brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage marketing expenses within budget guidelines

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
  • 5+ years experience managing brick and mortar retail store marketing, preferably in the QSR category
  • Subject matter expert in in-store retail marketing best practices
  • Experience designing a schedule of in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Proficient understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
