Accounts Payable Clerk

Black Rifle Coffee Company is experiencing explosive growth and seeks to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk. They will be Responsible for providing accounting support to the Finance/Accounting Department. Keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system, ensures files are complete and maintained as needed, handles accounts payable duties, and assists accounting personnel with other tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.


  • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the accounting department.
  • Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Process and maintain accounts payable system, including identifying appropriate internal contacts for approval of invoices and payments.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely payment.
  • Ensure vendors accept payments via check, ACH, wire, and/or credit card.
  • Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to NetSuite Online.
  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations from payable system to general ledger and investigate discrepancies
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel as needed.
  • Input data such as invoices, credits, payments, and other records to 3rd party payables processor and NetSuite Online.


  • Working knowledge of basic accounting procedures, namely Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • NetSuite Online experience preferred.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, and can work autonomously
  • US Military Veteran a plus
