Seasonal Retail Kiosk Team Member

THE ROLE

Black Rifle Coffee Company seeks to hire Seasonal Team Members for our holiday retail kiosks. We have both Full Time and Part time positions available.

*Located at North Star Mall or The Shops at La Cantera *

Responsibilities include providing product recommendations to customers, maintaining a clean & organized displays, restocking items as needed all while displaying a courteous service attitude. 

Ideal candidates should enjoy providing an engaging customer experience. The ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time and the desire to embrace the Black Rifle Coffee culture will set you up for success.

YOUR TASK

  • Engages with customers and shares the Black Rifle Coffee Company mission and history with them. 
  • Can describe various roasts to customers and the use of any brewing devices for sale to meet the needs of customers. 
  • Able to sell coffee and related products
  • Keeps a clean and organized workstation in keeping with Black Rifle Coffee Company standards. 
  • Ensures all equipment is operational and reports any maintenance needs.
  • Takes the initiative to anticipate the needs of our customers based on customer cues and the environment.
  • Productively communicates with the team and management and contributes to a positive team environment and culture.
  • Adheres to Black Rifle Coffee Company’s operational policies and procedures that include cash handling, safety, and health and safety regulations.
  • Celebrates team and individual achievements, while reinforcing store morale and the culture at Black Rifle Coffee Company.
  • Brings a customer-first attitude.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
  • Previous work experience in coffee is desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Veteran or a strong connection to the US Military is a PLUS
