Regional Events Manager- East

Black Rifle coffee Co. is seeking a full-time Regional Events Mgr. (REM) to join our team. The REM is responsible for all tasks related to BRCC events in their assigned region. The position will require creating event strategies, budget tracking, supplying and confirming all event branding, legalities, logistics, and execution within assigned region. 


  • Maintain a working knowledge of BRCC’s brand and products as well as the BRCC culture. 
  • Coordinate and schedule all events in assigned region for BRCC. Approve participation based on marketing parameters and a clear ROI. Complete all necessary paperwork, insurance requests, product orders, special POS needs and event representatives schedule for every event.
  • Act as logistics lead on all BRCC events tracking related costs, managing backend paperwork and updating master event calendar under direction of the Sr. Events Manager and VP of Marketing. 
  • Ensure that all event participation is properly executed by way of logistical set up, staffing, product choices, POS and equipment with a clear and concise event objective.
  • Create and manage annual budget for outlined events, reviewing actual vs. budget quarterly and reporting back to Sr. Events Mgr. 
  • Hire, manage, train & schedule part-time BRCC Brand Ambassadors in respective region; track staff costs as part of budget and enter and approve BA’s worked hours into time keeping system. 
  • Manage regional events calendar and communication with respective parties.
  • Work with all necessary marketing departments to leverage event participation and interaction to ensure BRCC is expanding their reach and obtaining the greatest ROI at events. 
  • Meet monthly with entire events team to communicate recap on past month’s events and discuss upcoming events. Meet Bi-weekly with Management team; provide post event follow-ups and monthly event reporting.
  • Utilize event analysis system to determine a clear ROI and KPI’s for accurate event measurement.
  • Utilize Google Drive to maintain up-to-date records of all event related documents including sign-up sheets, budgets, contracts/sponsorship agreements, invoices and recaps; follow up with all team members and produce reports for all BRCC events and report final post analysis and monthly reporting to Sr. Events Mgr.
  • Responsible for proper maintenance, cleaning and care of event equipment including vehicles, trailers, tents & backdrops, tables & linens, POS and coffee equipment.
  • Must keep up with equipment log and do a monthly inventory of all event equipment in assigned region.
  • Explore BRCC marketing opportunities in the region and report back to Sr. Events Manager. 
  • Work with sales teams and wholesalers on all co-op opportunities for large and small-scale events; deliver projected calendar and reports to sales and marketing team monthly
  • Ability to travel for events. Ability to give high priority to customer satisfaction. Ability to take initiative, act promptly and be proactive.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, brands or a related field and at least two years of prior experience in completing the above (or similar) job duties; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extremely friendly and outgoing.
  • Experienced in event activations and management. 
  • Strong negotiating and sales skills
  • Ability to manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong project management and event coordination ability. 
  • Working knowledge of marketing practices and principles regarding brand management. 
  • Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with different audiences.
  • Possesses a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to get things done both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, with a superb sense of attention to detail.
  • Unparalleled organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Must be comfortable in a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves”, start-up environment.
  • Ability to operate and use a MAC or PC computer, proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Working knowledge of Google Suites.
  • Veteran or a strong connection to the US Military is a PLUS!
