Sr. Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Corporate FP&A team and support the Director of FP&A, with a focus on planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for participating in all aspects of financial analysis within the Company. 


  • Participate in the annual planning process and ongoing financial forecasts
  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop and review pro-forma analysis with several key financial metrics
  • Create and maintain monthly reports to monitor performance indicators, develop insights, and analyze causes of variances to plan and forecast
  • Prepare financial and business-related analysis using key financial metrics for value quantification (ROI, IRR, break-even) 
  • Work with large data sets to understand key business drivers, then translate the findings into insights and actions, as well as their implications for the overall business
  • Develop and enhance reports using proper data visualization with tools and techniques to effectively communicate data insights 
  • Continuously look to improve and streamline processes
  • Document SOPs and policies
  • Ad hoc requests as needed 


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in an FP&A analyst role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to produce error-free work under deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with accounting systems
  • Experience with complex models in Excel
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • US Military or Veteran a Plus
